Fill in this form and Cosmos Cover Design will get back to you within a day to discuss the details you require on your cover.
Please make sure you know the exact specifications for your cover (most notably your spine size!) and have no typos in any information you send via form or email (blurb, title, author name, tagline and any other text on your cover). You will incur charges for any extra alterations once your cover is finalised so please be sure!
After you've approved your finished cover design, you will be sent an invoice and be required to pay for your premade design in full. Once payment is received, I will send you a high quality image file (or in the case of a paperback, you will be sent multiple formats) of your cover. Payments must be made via Paypal.
Please note: I will never disclose ANY of your personal information to anyone. Your information will be used solely for the purpose of designing your cover/banner/ad.
